Can't login on portal.azure.com

Hi. I have a problem to login on portal.azure.com using Microsoft authenticator. I recently change my phone and and I installed the microsoft authenticator. I can login to microsoft.com but when I try to login in azure portal I don't get nothing on my authenticator app. I have done all the resets on security in microsoft but nothing. Thank You.

    I tried two different browsers, azure from playstore and nothing.
