Teams calendar app is missing on an android-tablet.

Hello,
Im the the teams and office 365 admin of very small school and today I´ve got a problem with the teams calendar on a samsung tablet. A pupil got a new tablet and transferred the data including teams from his mobilephone to his tablet. Now the calendar app is empty. Ive already checked his account und his settings in teams, office and azure. Everything looks fine.
Of course hes login is correct. He can receive messages and calls. Only the calendar is empty. Ive got no more ideas what to do.
What could you suggest me to do.

Does this issue persist all the time?

Can you see the calendar show normally in desktop client?

Please make sure this user has assigned the Exchange online license in their tenant. That is required to have calendar tab.

Another reason it could just be hidden. You can customize your icons in teams at the bottom if you click the little line right above the icons or scroll up from an icon you’ll get more options to choose. The calendar may be here.
