I am getting the following error message when I start up my computer:

"There was a problem starting C:\Users\GL2814\AppData\Local\Temp\qdrofg.dll.  The specified module could not be found."

Whenevr I click this screen off, the BSOD screen is soon to follow and it requires multiple restarts to end the problem.  I cannot find any information on what qdrofg.dll is or what program it may be a part of.  Hopefully, someone can help.  Thanks a lot.

Boot the computer to safe mode with networking and download and install Malwarebytes (freeware version for home users only), update definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software whilst you are doing scans.

Download and run SuperAntiSpyware (Free Edition)

Unfortunately, these items did not fix my problem.  I am now getting two additional messages after having downloaded, installed and run the programs listed above.

    Chris

Did either programme report any problems?

Pllease provide copies of the two additional messages.
