I would like to get a list of alerts using MDATP API from yesterday, can you please help me with the OData query?

From our List Alerts doc, you might be able to leverage the OData Query examples to write the query you're looking for. Since I'm unable to test this out on my end you might be able to try something like the below.
Examples:
GET https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/alerts?$filter=alertCreationTime+eq+2021-02-01T00:00:00Z
GET https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/alerts?$filter=alertCreationTime+eq+2021-02-01
GET https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/alerts?$filter=lastUpdateTime+eq+2021-02-01T00:00:00Z
