Have been trying to install this since yesterday, I've tried doing clean boot, deleting and re-downloading the update etc. Not sure what else to do, it tells me it's an important update so I need to get this sorted.

I had the same problem and found a solution.

For this update, TEMP file location should be set to default  C:.

I  changed Temp file location from RAM disk to C:\ for this update and it worked.  Thereafter I changed the Temp file location back to RAM disk.

@shlmaz did you ever figure this out? I'm also stuck in this forever loop of "restart-fail".

Are there other places to be looking for the answer to this?

    thanks and good luck,

    Tom

    Your English is great.

I already have a "Temp" folder under  "Label of disk" (C:)

    Any other idea?

    Thanks
