c:\windows\system32\netprofm.dll is either not desidned to run on windows or it contains an error

it then says try installing the programme again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. how do i get rid of this error message.it usually pops up after starting up the laptop.

Hi David,

1.       What were the changes made before the issue occurred?

Step 1: Perform a System File checker scan

Step 2: Start the computer in safe mode and check

**Step 3:**If you don’t get the c:\windows\system32\netprofm.dll, then perform a clean boot and find out the cause.
