WhatsApp Web sign in

Question

Hi,

I am not able to sign in https://web.whatsapp.com/. all the cache, browsing history deleted, still not able to to login.

Below is the screen which i receive always when i use web.whatsapp.com

Have you tried using the whatsapp app for windows 10 or another browser?

Are you able to login via those options?

Yes it's working in all other windows except in Windows 11 with microsoft edge.

How do i resolve the issue? please guide me.

No Ashwini we want to check if the issue is just with edge or all browsers on the same windows 11 device.

Please use a different browser on the same device to access the website.

Hi Ashwini,

I want to get additional information to see if we can find out the root cause of this. Do you have "Enhance your security on the web" enabled? You can follow the steps below to check.

1. Click on the three dots menu button.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Privacy, search, and services.
4. Under Security, check if Enhance your security on the web is enabled. If it is, try disabling it or select Basic.
5. Visit https://web.whatsapp.com/ and check if you can sign in.
