Can't login to Volume Licensing Service Center

My colleagues and I had work accounts in MS with emails from our company domain.
At the end of last year we tested Microsoft Teams for a short time. This necessitated the creation of Azure AD Tenant for the domain.
We decided not to use MS Teams anymore and yesterday I deleted Azure Ad tenant for our domain.
After deleting, I do not have access to the Volume Licensing Service Center, where all the company's licenses are.
In general, all previous MS accounts that were not personal do not work. How do I restore all work accounts?

When I try to log in to the portal with my email as a work account I get error:

And when I try to log in with the email as a personal account, I get error:

    @Penko Penev - MMI
    Thank you for your post!

    When it comes to restoring all your work accounts/users, if these accounts were all part of the AzureAD tenant that you deleted, you'll have to work with our Support Engineers to see if recovery of your AzureAD tenant is possible.

    Create a Support Request
    Volume Licensing Service Center Contact Us documentation.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
