The Win10 2016 LTSB graphics card driver cannot be installed at this time due to Intel 10 Generation CPU changes

Do you have a list of CPU compatibility supported by Win10 2016 LTSB?

You can view all the certified/supported hardware for all Windows Server products over here:
https://www.windowsservercatalog.com

For Windows 10 there's no list, all requirements are listed here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/windows-10-specifications

You will need to manually check each CPU that it meets the requirements.

For Intel processors, Does My Intel® Processor Support Microsoft Windows® 10?

Windows 10 LTSB will support the currently released processors and chipsets at the time of release of the LTSB. As future CPU generations are released, support will be created through future Windows 10 LTSB releases that customers can deploy for those systems.
