Can´t register my account (QR Code and Push notifications)

Hello,
I tried to register into M.Authenticator.
I have an iPhone 8 and an iPhone XS with M.Authenticator installed.
I read the QR code or introduce manually and I always obtain the same error. Problem with notifications.
My phones have notifications enable and receive notifications from other apps.
I don´t know what is the problem. What can I do??
