ADF Self-hosted node is going unvailable time to time

Our customer is facing issue with the self hosted integration runtime on a machine behind corporate firewall. It's status is not stable and it changes running to unavailable and vice versa time to time.

This is how it shows when the status is unavailable

Customer has configured "ports and firewalls" at corporate firewall as per following guide

Thanks for the using the forum .

On the 3rd screen shot which you shared , I see that the the IR is prompting for an update , can you please update the IR and see if that helps ?
On the other thing ,yopu can look into the logs which will ther on the local disk and see if that helps .

This is the error message which was in the logs.

I asked them to follow these steps and waiting for a reply. Hope my direction is correct.

Thanks for the sharing the error , Is this is the only error whcih you see on the logs ? And does the time of the IR going offline matches with the errors . I am confident that these error should have also a retry also . One more think that it will be better for you to work with Microsofdt support on this. They can look into the logs and drive you to the solution sooner .
