I am using Skype for Business for work on an iPhone running iOS 14.4. I am experiencing two issues with notifications. 1) When the device is unlocked, it shows the notification as new message, not the actual message itself. I have attached screenshots of the phone & watch notifications and the settings. ![dateposted-public][1] 2) When I am having a voice call on my PC and the other person shares an attachment/screenshot, the phone starts buzzing like an incoming phone call. Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
Have you tried to use another applications (chat application) to see if you received the same message notification in IOS?
If you make a call on PC, can you receive the call in IOS device?
If this issue can be reproduced by another applications, we think this issue is more related to IOS system settings, it is a good way for you to contact Apple supporter to solve this issue.
In addition, we recommend you try to change your “show previous” settings to “Never” to see if this issue can be fixed.

We do have others in the organization that have this issue. No other apps on the IOS device has this issue. The notifications come through correctly. I am able to receive a call on my phone.

It is really strange! Have you tried to enable Message previews through your Notification settings?
In addition, can you open and check the "notification grouping" in IOS?

Maybe you can try to uninstall Skype for Business client application and reinstall it to see if works for you.
Tried that as well, same issue persists.

At present, we did not find any valuable resolution about your issue. For you first issue, Could you try to check if there is any notification settings in client?
Also I will check to see if there is any other solution. If there is any update, we will inform you in time.
