How do I fix this error log?

I have a question that requires knowledge better than what I know. I was uninstalling pinta on my computer because I no longer have a use for it now. While uninstalling the program, I got
[409C:2174][2021-02-02T20:43:01]e000: Error 0x80070001: Failed while caching, aborting execution.
during it. Can anyone help?

    Sorry Josh, but this forum is for Sysinternals tools related questions..

    I don't know what Pinta is but for sure is not one of the Sysinternals Tools.

    Please try finding another forum to ask this specific question.
