    Hi,

Are you referring to the date imprinted on the photo, or the Date taken on the photo's properties?

Dates imprinted on the photo can't be removed unless you edit the photo using a photo editing program, because the date is part of the photo itself.

If you are referring to the Date taken on the photo's properties/metadata, you can remove it by following these steps:

    1. Right-click the photo, then select Properties.
    2. On the Details tab, click Remove Properties and Personal Information.
    3. Select Remove the following properties from this file, then click Date taken.
    4. Click Ok.

    Thanks!

I would also like to be able to remove the date on the photo properties ... ie when taken, when modified etc.

Following your first 3 steps above just opens a new Windows Explorer window though for me with the path Computer/Acer(C:)/Windows/system32

What do I need to do next please?

    Many thanks

This is very helpful.  Must deal with date stamp in camera setup.

    Thanks

Thanks Litton. It is the date imprinted on the photo that I was referring to. Looks like I can't do anything about it except to turn this feature off before I take anymore photos. Cheers!
