Have you try to boot the computer to safe mode?
This error occurs when either of the following conditions is true:
- The Windows Boot Manager (Bootmgr) entry is not present in the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store.
- The Boot\BCD file on the active partition is damaged or missing.
Method 1:
Try performing startup repair and check if it helps. You can do this from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRe). To get to the WinRe, follow these steps
a. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
b. Use the arrow keys to choose Repair your Computer in the Windows Advanced Boot Menu Options and then press ENTER.
c. When you get to the System Recovery Options, select Startup Repair and wait for the process to complete.

**Method 2:**If the issue still persists, you may have to arrange Windows 7 Installation disk from any friends or relatives.
