Users can't access Exchange contacts

Hi We have some users that can not access our Exchange GAL contacts.

They can access their Outlook contacts.

Its is only a subset of users and the issue exist no matter what pool they are a member of.

The issue follows them if they try from a different computer, so it is not a problem with local files.

We are on-prem Skype for business 2019 with both a standard and enterprise install.

Any idea's how to trouble shot this?

    Does this issue persist only on specific user?

    Please check if you have changed the AD attribute to hide contacts from GAL. In my experience, if you ser the “msExchHideFromAddressLists” to true, it will hide users from the GAL. For more details, you can refer to:
