We have a client who used Dynamics 365 for their Email campaigns and they would like us to help them design the email blasts (we are their graphic design studio). They are using Citrix Workspace and gave us all the log in info, but we are working on a Mac platform and we are not able to connect, even downloading the newest app. Is there a way we could log directly into their Dynamics 365 software, or if that is not possible, we could get our own version and design the email blasts and upload it to the client to upload to Dynamics 365. Or do you have any other suggestions, we would greatly appreciate it.
