Registration Issue for Azure Exam with Pearson.

Question

Hello,

I was previously registered with Pearson for the AZ-900 Azure Exam using the link from the "Thanks for joining us at Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals" e-mail at this site:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/az-900

There are three issues.
First, when I update my profile, it returns an error.
Second, I get this error when connecting to Pearson to register: https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND
Finally, my exam credit has disappeared from taking the "Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals"

The account I used for the training credit and registration is:
eleonard1@aol.com

I really want to take this exam as part of a personal goal. Please help me make this possible!
