We are moving .net application to Azure Paas, suggest error logging with minimal code changes

Currently our application is hosted in Azure Iaas and using Enterprise Library logging, but the same is not supported in Azure Paas, so we are planning to move to it either Database logging or any other compatible logging supported by Azure Paas, Could you please suggest which logging can be implemented. Thanks in Advance.
