is it possible to configure a sharepoint folder (document library) as a "postbox" - where users can upload files, but cant access them after this? (only some managers should be able to open the files) ...

I don’t think it’s possible to make users can only upload files but not access files. If a user wants to upload files, he must have permission to access files.
