I am on a team of more than five people and we have a shared break glass account that we are securing with MFA. When the sixth person tried to add their Authenticator to the list they got this message:

You can't setup Microsoft Authenticator because you already have five authenticator apps or hardware tokens.

Is there a way to increase this limit on the tenant either through a setting or configuration change by Microsoft?

    @eanderson753
    Thank you for your post!

    When using the Microsoft Authenticator app, this limit currently isn't adjustable. If you'd like this feature to be implemented, I'd recommend leveraging our User Voice forum so our engineering team can take this request into consideration.
