Laptop keeps dead locking.

My laptop works fine and then it randomly freezes and is completely unresponsive, I cant do ctrl alt delete or even turn on caps lock. I've lost a lot of work so far because of it, pls help.

    Hi,
    Were there any changes made to your PC before this issue started to occur?
    You could try these troubleshooting methods:

    Please update your PC to the latest version of windows:

    • Go to Settings> Change PC Settings> Windows Update.
    • Select Check for Updates Now.

    Please try booting into a Clean Boot environment to see if the issue persist, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your system.
