Controlling the number format of row items in Excel O-365

I have a pivot table of data where I want to show a numerical value as one of the row items. Since it is in the row item part of the pivot table, there isn't an option to control the formatting of that number. I can set the formatting manually after I refresh the pivot table, but it reverts back to the unformatted number after I refresh it again. Due to how my data is configured, I am reporting the LineVal as a row item and the OpDept data in the values section.

    Hi @Eddie W. Cler ,
Where did get the PivotTable data source? What kind of data source did you use?
How did you create the connection?
I suggest you go to check the data source formatting and change to the formatting you need.
Then you can re-create the connection and create the PivotTable.
Any updates please let me know and I'm glad to help you.
