If the software installer is smart/has been created properly it should offer to also uninstall its add-ons.
As does some printer makers software that installs multiple programs/utilities if you install their full feature software

Hi,
I just installed software package that installed 12 small programs in my Windows 7 installation.
Is there a way to uninstall them all at once?
In "Programs and features" I'd like to be able to select many programs, right-click, select "uninstall" and uninstall them all at once, without being asked about any further questions.

The option you seek is not going to happen.
If a program you install also installs associated software, often required by that main software you usually have to uninstall the primary program before you can uninstall the secondary ones
That is true. Some programs are smart enough to remember what they installed. In this case, I uninstalled the main program, and had several programs left installed. They didn't get uninstalled automatically.
But it surprised me couple of times that selecting many programs isn't possible. Basically each time I want to remove old programs I no longer use, I'd like to be able to select several of them, start uninstalling and leave for lunch.
On Windows 8, you can uninstall multiple metro (non-desktop) programs at once. If you want to uninstall multiple desktop programs at once, you need to download a program that lets you uninstall multiple programs at once. The other option is that you don't download another program to uninstall multiple programs at once, and do each one. It will take pretty long to do each one though.
