We have partner access to our clients O365 admin portals. All our users are able to access all features on EAC on our partner portals. Is there a way restrict some of our users to have limited access on EAC while others have full access to it?
I know this can be achieved if we have account that partner's AAD but what are the options for delegated partners?

Please check the admin roles for your users, by default your user cannot access your EAC :

How your users can access their portals?
We have partner delegation setup with our customer's tenant.
On this portal, we select Customer menu which shows list all of our customers we have setup partner delegation with and then we can access their admin portals with our credentials:
Please check the admin roles for your users, by default your user cannot access your EAC
Once we are on their tenant, we cannot see any of our company's user under Active Users page because we are not in their AAD.
