Screen is split in two. How do I revert it back?

Some how I split my screen. How do restore it to one solid frame???

I have 2 white lines, about the width of the black line in your illustration, cutting my screen. I tried to drag from both sides and its not working...  The first line is about 2/3rds of the way to the right and the second line is from the favorites tab to the end of the screen. I'm frustrated and completely computer illiterate.

Is it a Desktop or a Laptop?

If it is a Desktop, then check if the issue occurs with other monitor.
