- May I know where and when did you purchase the Office professional plus 2019?
- May I know if you have any issues with activating your Office professional plus 2019?
- May I know if there's any error message?
- I would like to know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
- May I know if the account is for Work/School use? or Personal (Hotmail/Outlook.com) use?
If you have purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus, you should have received a product key that you can use to activate the software. To activate your copy of Office, please follow these steps:
- Open any Office application, such as Word or Excel.
- Click on "Activate" or "Sign in" in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your product key when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.
