Windows 10 Licenses - is it legit?

Hello,

I have purchased my windows 10 pro license a few years ago and I haven't regretted it for a single second.

I have assembled my own second computer since it is cheaper than purchasing an already built one for my wife since she started university and I use the one we already have quite a lot.

I believe that companies like Microsoft deserve to get paid for the service they provide to us, which brings us to my questions.

1. Sadly, I can't really afford purchasing a Windows 10 license from Microsoft again, so I went looking around other websites and stumbled upon some resellers selling licenses for 10$! - however, you know what they say: "if it seems too good to be true, it is probably not". So I just want to know if these licenses they are selling are legit licenses that Microsoft authorizes people to sell/buy. (they have tons of good reviews)
2. Is there any legit way to purchase a windows 10 pro version for cheaper than original price? I've looked around e-bay, amazon, some local online stores on the country I live in but the sale is always pretty small, around 10~20$. I mean, even that helps me a lot but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing on a bigger sale out there.

The licences those websites and resellers are selling are volume licences, and while they will initially activate, that activation will run out, because a volume licence needs to be re-armed form a company Key Management Server on a regular basis . . .

Honestly, as you say, 'If it sounds to good to be true . .. ' those licences are a waste of money

There is no 'cheap' Windows 10 licences, sorry, the best and only real place to purchase Windows is from Microsoft, that is the only way to know that you are getting the real product . . .

A further thought, you are building a PC for your Wife, does the company you are purchasing the parts from sell an OEM licence, which you would legally be allowed to use on a new PC, since you are not keeping that PC yourself . . .

Yes, certainly, PC parts sellers do and can sell OEM Windows licences, you should check with them, especially the company you purchased the Motherboard from . . . and yes OEM Licences are more affordable than full Retail Windows 10 licences . . .

When you say "**does the company you are purchasing the parts from sell an OEM licence", what exact part do you mean?

because I have purchased my parts from many different online/offline stores being that I was going for cheapest price for each part I was looking for. Would any of these stores be allowed to sell me an OEM license? and forgive my ignorance, but OEM licenses are more affordable than purchasing from the website directly, right?
