Can't select any resource groups when attempting to migrate servers in Azure Migration

Hi,
I'm trying to setup replication in Azure Migrate, but after I select the Hyper-V VMs I want to start replication on, I get to a page asking for Subscription, Resource group, Replication Storage Account, Virtual Network, Subnet, and Availability options.
However, the dropdown for resource group is not showing any of my resource groups that match the region, location, subscription, etc. I've double checked and the resource group definitely exists in that subscription, but just won't show up in the dropdown. And there is no option to Create new, either.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum!Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Are you trying to migrate your Hyper-V VMs using Azure migrate or Azure site recovery?
When you say 'there is no option to create new resource group' - Is that using migrate appliance you are not able to create a new resource group (RG) or through Azure portal?
What is the region of the RG which isn't selectable during migration?

2021-02-07T23:59:09.72+00:00 This is in Azure Migrate. I have isntalled the agent on the Hyper-V host. In the portal, I can see the VMs and begin setting up Replication. I can select the VMs fine, but when I want to the "Target Settings" step, I cannot select any resource group. I know the resource group I want to use exists and is in the same region/location - I confirmed this by observing it's properties in the portal.
