Hi there, we are in the process of migrating our Lync 2013 Standard edition server to Skype for Business 2019 Enterprise Edition. We have set up 3 FE servers in a pool and 2 SQL enterprise servers. We are trying to configure load balancing and I am stuck. I can connect to the Skype control panel directly on one of the FE servers but outside of that server, I get an error. I am thinking this is due to DNS not being set up correctly. The 3 FE servers has DNS records. I even assigned an IP to the pool itself but that hasn't help. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated since I can't really figure out how to set this up.

    @nila amin ,

    Could you provide us the error message if possible?

    Except the DNS records, you may also be able to purchase lower-cost hardware load balancers than if you used the hardware load balancers for all types of traffic. You should use load balancers that have passed interoperability qualification testing with Skype for Business Server. For details about load balancer interoperability testing, see Lync Server 2010 Load Balancer Partners.

    Besides, check if there is any related error message in Lync server event viewer in Skype for Business front end servers.
