why my websystem not reachable through internet ?

i am hosting web system on virtual machine with port 3333
system working well inside machine but i can't reach it through internet with the public ip

I guess you need to add 3333 port to the security rules? There is no such rule in your image.

and you can see that i make (All) for ports i think its mean all ports allowed

Are you sure you want to allow all ports? Seems not ideal. Could you please allow 3333 explicitly?
