Bought the upgrade to pro through microsoft. Was charged $100 did not get a confirmation e-mail. When it initially attempted to download it failed and now it says Windows Enterprise not activated. My experience receiving help so far has been atrocious.

What build are you using?
Is it Home or Enterprise?
Are you downloading the Enterprise version?
I just bought a Dell G7. I was bought Pro did not receive a confirmation email with a key but for some reason it tried to load Enterprise.

Where did you bought the license?
You may contact them and ask them to share the product key again and they would have the link for download, if not, let me know and I will share the link from Microsoft Official website.

I go through the prompts on the call and it tells me to go online. I go online and I can't find support. No where to talk to someone about my issue.

All it shows is that I paid $106, there's no code. No option to request refund or order help.
