Here is the correct answer. I found . You need to install Citrix DNE software. from the link below after installing cisco VPN software  vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0440-k9. This is required component of Cisco VPN and detailed instructions are on the citrix website.

Make sure download the correct version for 64 or 32 bit.

    http://www.citrix.com/go/lp/dne.html

Following is the link where I found the correct solution and it worked like a charm.

    Zonhaib,

I was getting the same error on my ASUS Transformer T100 tablet with 8.1 installed.

Probably not recommended but I Disabled Secure Boot on the device.

Re-Installed the VPN Client software, Rebooted and it started working.

However it stopped working when I tried to re-enable Secure Boot.

Not a permanent solution but it is at least a work-around in my case.

As long as I know Secure Boot is disabled.

    Kenneth

You might want to try another package like TheGreenBow IPSEC VPN Client. It's great software, has a free trial and comes with lots of handy configuration guides.

People today usually do not normally think about their net connection when they activate their computer. For your protection, you should consider by using a secure VPN connection as opposed to DSL or internet connections which usually not be secure.  VPN identifies 'Virtual Private Network.'  When you utilize a link on this type, your data will be better protected.

Now, although your VPN is actually a good idea, you will need to ensure that you select the right provider to suit your needs. Of course, this can highly be determined by your requirements priorities. Some people need to use an individual network to bypass an online restriction or complete blocked websites. On the other hand, some might use a VPN just to watch foreign TV shows online, or surf the web while hiding their real IP address.
