Hi Umer,

Were there any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?

This issue could be due to DNS (Domain Naming Service) or third party application conflicts.

I would have you refer to the suggestions provided by Srimadhwa B on January 30, 2014 and see if it fixes the issue.
