Power Automate - Send an email using different email address

Question

Hi,

I have recently created a simple flow which when a new list item was created in SharePoint would send the contents of the item via email to a recipient specified and delete the item. It worked as anticipated but it would send the email to the recipient from my personal email account/address

Is there a way to change this something generic? even something like administrator@X .com would be fine instead of coming from my email address
