I have a problem activating sanndboxes. I always get the code from an SMS and try to activate. It keeps looping by creating and deactivating previous sandboxes till all are been deactivated, and I get the message that I have used all for the day. even before I get to the portal

Yes, but this happens every day.
I even created a new MS Account to see if it was an account issue and the same thing happens. I have never been able to activate a sandbox.
Anyone else having this issue?

You can activate up to 4 sandbox environments per day. Once you have used all your sandboxes for the day, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can activate additional sandboxes.
