Family Safety causes UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP on Windows 8.1 Pro

Question

I use Family Safety for managing my children's accounts. Some days ago, it made my pc have a UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP crash. The crash always occurred on the child account: when logged in, after logged in, after or before Family Safety runs, or when accessed the internet. And I thought it could be Family Safety. Then I change my children's accounts from child to standard. Until now, the crash hasn't occurred. But I need to use Family Safety for managing time on my children's account. Could you help me to solve the problem.

I haven't tried your solution for my broblem. Because my work needs more information on internet, I'm worry about information safety without antivirus. Is windows defender strong enough?

During the first week when I use Avast IS with Familysafety, there was no crash. After I received your solution, I try replace Avast with AVG, but it still makes crash. I can't believe the windows feature conflicts with the 3rd party's security software.

I need helps.

Are there other solutions for me?

Although wpcfltr.sys is flagged as the culprit, AVAST is most likely the cause and is causing NETBios conflicts

I would completely remove Avast and turn on windows defender.
