Some rows are missing from the ConferenceSessionDetails table in the LcsCDR database in Skype for Business.

Question

I'm dumping data from the ConferenceSessionDetails table to find out how long the person has been talking on Skype.

The UriTypeId field records human actions such as "conf: chat", "conf: audio-video", "conf: applicationsharing", etc. I only need the "conf: audio-video" actions, but sometimes when I talk in a conference these actions are not written to the database. I only have lines with an empty UriTypeId and a "conf: chat" value. Can you please tell me what this might be related to? and how to fix it.

Official document explains that only 1 - Phone Uri and 0 - User Uri are pre-assigned.
