Clicking on a document library menu option from the side slide panel in the SharePoint Mobile App (SharePoint 2019 on prem) on the IPhone opens OneDrive. Why?

Can anyone help?

We have a client who has SharePoint 2019 on premises and they are using the SharePoint Mobile App. However, every time they click to open a document library from the side-panel it tries to open in OneDrive. We have tested documents open fine from the "Activity" or if we go to document library through another route. It just seems to be the document library link on side panel triggers One Drive to open.

Any ideas - it seems to me its defo an App only issue due to the side link (maybe after the ShareGate Migration some flag wasn't migrated??)

Due to the restricted testing environment, I can not deploy SharePoint mobile app in SharePoint server 2019.

Here, I would like to confirm more information with you for further troubleshooting:

1) Does the issue occur on the side panels of other sites or only on one site?

2) Do other users experience the same behavior?

3)Try to uninstall OneDrive in mobile phone then check the result.

In addition, if the issue is more related to ShareGate, then this is a third-party app and out of our support scope, we suggest you get support through https://sharegate.com/support.
