WORD startet nicht

Hallo, mein Sohn hat auf seinem Rechner das Problem das WORD nicht startet. Wir haben mittler Weile alles ausprobiert, so auf Microsoft 365 aufgerüstet, alle möglichen Foren im Internet durchforstet und die Tipps ausprobiert, aber nicht hilft. Was und Wer kann uns jetzt helfen? Er braucht das Programm dringend.
