Why cant I access my Credentials Certifications. I get a notice to call support that my request might be blocked.

Question

Go to My Certifications and I can see the latest test and credentials I recvd, but when I try to access my transcript or any of historical Certifications and tests, the system errors out.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
