ESET was flagged as the culprit, please remove as I advised.
Also, be sure to uninstall sptd as well as I advised.

Hi,
The attached DMP file is of the CACHE_MANAGER (34) bug check.
This indicates that a problem occurred in the file system's cache manager.
One possible cause of this bug check is depletion of nonpaged pool memory. If the nonpaged pool memory is completely depleted, this error can stop the system. However, during the indexing process, if the amount of available nonpaged pool memory is very low, another kernel-mode driver requiring nonpaged pool memory can also trigger this error.
------------------
1. AODDriver2.sys is listed and loaded in your modules list which is AMD Overdrive; also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboard. Known BSOD issues in Win7 & 8.
Please uninstall either software ASAP! If you cannot find either software to uninstall, or it's not installed, please navigate to the following filepath:
C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\AODDriver2.sys
and rename AODDriver2.sys to AODDriver.2old
and then Restart.
2. Uninstall AnyDVD.
3. ESET may be causing file system conflicts, so please remove and replace it with Windows Defender for temporary troubleshooting purposes:

4. sptd.sys is listed and loaded in your modules list; SCSI Pass Through Direct Host - Daemon Tools (known BSOD issues with Win 7 and 8). Please remove it ASAP with the uninstaller tool - http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
5. Uninstall TuneUpUtilities, stop cleaning the registry as well in general if this is what you were using the software for.
