How can I Restore my visualstudio Toolbox. The toolbox is empty

Question

am using visualstudio 2019 and windows 10. I have tried rebooting my machine but that did not change. i have 'rightclicked' the toolbox area and selected 'reset' ,but that did not do anything. am not sure whatelse to try. please help. I have looked into my ...local folder but it does not show 'setting' that may be I could see if there is a cache to be deleted. so, am out of options. please help me with your expertise.

I think that is a good information from you. how do I open a designer?

The controls will display while the designer is opening. Please check if you have opened a designer in visual studio.

your question solved my problem. So, I was just trying to include a pie chart in my code. I didn't realize that doing a design like that is for desktop and not a console application. so, to try that, I create another project and saw form1 and other contents. so, am good now.
