I can not change my lock screen at all. It just loads but does not allow me to change it at all. The link is a video, hopefully demonstrating my problem. I am running a purchased and activated version of windows 8.1. (Purchased windows 8 and upgraded).
Thanks for your help.

2013-10-19T18:13:12+00:00 Hi Travis,
What is the make and model of the computer?
Make sure you have installed all the available Windows Updates including the optional driver and firmware updates.
You may also refer to the computer manufacturer website and try installing the latest version of graphic card drivers and check.
If they have only Windows 8 drivers, then trying installing it in Windows 8 compatibility mode:
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu.
Hope the information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help.

2013-10-22T13:02:25+00:00 I fixed it on my laptop. It seems that there are missing registry keys at HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Lock Screen. I added the following to my registry and it fixed it.
