Click Once fails to start when certain other applications are running

When certain applications are running our click once application will not start from the installed link. If I launch directly from the folder where the click once application is installed the it will start with no issues except that it obviously skips the update check. On example of an interfering application is Amazon Music, and as soon as I close that application our application will start up right away if it had been launched in the interim.

Hi @Questys Randy ,
Do you see any ClickOnce error dialog? And what's in the log when you start from the installed link?
Pleaes provide log detailes to find the problem.

There are no errors on the screen or in the log file. Logs are completely identical whether or not the interfering application is running. The only difference is that when the other application is running our application has no interface until the other application is closed at which point our application appears in the task bar and in its window.
