    Are you using an NVidia video card or Startisback?

    The fault offset is a really brutal way to try to figure out where the crash is, but those would be the two lead thoughts given that crash region.

    If neither of those guesses is correct, putting up the actual DMP from the crash might be quite helpful.

    I still can't open the dump file but from the information you posted the problem appears to be related to the F12.dll.

    Can you try providing a dump file again but without the .txt extension.

    You could zip and compress the dump file with a third party application such as 7-Zip or WinRAR.

    I'm Using AMD Radeon HD 7640G, AMD A8 4500 Quad Core Processor, I was uploading the dump, I'll give you a link once' I've sorted it out.
