Azure Machine Learning (and cognitive services) is not supported in Region "Germany"?

I'm working for a campany located in Germany. We want to use Azure Machine Learning (and other stuff like that).
We are only allowed to use Azure in the Region "Germany", because the data of our customers cannot left germany.

Now I saw, that a lot of stuff in Azure Machine Learning is not available in Germany?

Questions:

  1. Is that true?
  2. Does some one now, at what time Microsoft plans to make the stuff available in Germany?

    Yes, Azure Machine Learning is not available in Germany region.
