Will all users fail to send emails using Outlook client?
According to the information you provided, user could send the email in OWA normally, then the server configuration should be correct.
If the Outlook client cannot send successfully, please follow the steps below for Outlook client.
- Is your Outlook client the latest version? If not, please try to upgrade to the latest version.
- Please try to type the “outlook /safe” in the Run to start outlook as safe mode. To avoid the possibility of this phenomenon caused by add-in.
- Please try to detect and repair the outlook client by using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
