SQL in Azure VM backup jobs no longer listed in the Jobs nor in Backup Center (Preview)

We have backup jobs for Azure virtual machines as well as jobs for SQL in Azure VM backup.
In the Backup jobs we see the completed jobs for Azure Virtual Machines, but we do not see jobs for the SQL jobs (last mention of the SQL jobs are of 9the of Feb 2021).
Under the Backup Items I can see that the SQL backups have been ran successfully.

Also the (preview) Backup Center shows 0 jobs for the last 24 hours (extending to last week it again shows the last on the 9th)

Hi anonymous user - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum.
Apologies for delay in response to your query.

SQL jobs will not be logged in backup jobs as there would be lot of SQL log backup jobs which will create too many jobs and make it difficult to track. This is by design.

You may refer to - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-monitoring-built-in-monitor#backup-jobs-in-recovery-services-vault

You may use log analytics feature for SQL backup reporting
