Hello,
we are migrating mailboxes from Gmail to Exchange Online.
We see that all emails were migrated, but the migration prosses finished with an error:
Unable to use primary Gmail forwarding address exception. Disallowed Forwarding Address Permanent Exception. Could not use the primary address as the forwarding address "user@keyman .com". Please select a different target delivery domain.
What does it mean and how to fix it?

thank you for your answer.
the email addresses in the CSV file are correct. All email items were successfully migrated, we can see them in Exchange OWA, but migration tasks still shows status - failed, because of the error above.

Have you checked the mailflow for the migrated accounts? Can the account send and receive emails successfully?

we've not change mailflow to O365 yet. We only registered a domain in O365 but didn't change any MX records. Might this error related to the mailflow?

What official document did you follow to perform the migration? Did you refer to this: Perform a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) migration
Did you enable or configure forwarding for your O365 and Gsuite?

Hieee joyceshen-MSFT,
I have same issue & I haven't put column C for app password while creation of batch & also I haven't enabled & configured forwarding for O365 & Gsuite but mails are getting synced well.
Is the above mentioned issue comes because of this two things?
Plz suggest.

Are you following the steps list in the official document which introduces about Migrate consumer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or Office 365
And according to your error information above, please check that your migration file has the correct Microsoft 365 or Office 365 email address in the EmailAddress column.

I also faced the same error:
Couldn't use the primary address as the forwarding address "****m". Please select a different target delivery domain. --> The requested forwarding address is not allowed. --> The web server responded with a 400 Bad Request error. Uri: https://www.googleapis.com/gmail/v1/users/**m/settings/forwardingAddresses
And from the looks of it all emails went fine.
I am able to send email from microsoft account and recieve email as well.
What is error?
